Who are we?

Giles Property Services Michigan Inc. was founded in May 2012, and is a USA C Class Corporation with a board of Directors.

This Real Estate Corporation purchases and manages properties in the state of Michigan with the help of a chosen, select number of Realtors and Property Managers.

The company recently acquired its first property in June 2012 in the Harper Woods city district, just to the east of Detroit, and is currently under management by

John Peck.

Mission Statement

We aim to provide good quality, safe accommodation to both private and Section 8 tenants in Detroit and the surrounding suburbs. We strive to be fair in all our dealings with both suppliers and tenants, and to provide affordable accommodation, which is maintained to current standards. We seek tenants who will treat the property with similar respect and suppliers to be both fair and honest in their dealings with both tenants and GPSM Inc.
